This little ballet dancing, fire shooting, helmet-head SUPER HERO was originally created a couple months back for that Vormator competition (they are still selecting the winners, so who knows *shrug*). For this an illustration was to be created using only a few shapes (read about it on the site if you are interested, but the competition is now closed). Anyhoo, I thought that my submission fit this weeks IF theme. If I have time perhaps I’ll make another. Created in Illustrator.

I have put my design portfolio live and am quite happy with the results. Comments and feedback are welcome.

Ech, the 80’s…perhaps the worst fashion wardrobe I ever sported was then. But this fashionista knew how to rock (or rather pop) the look!

In other news, I have designed and am building my design portfolio site. I am quite pleased with it and will unveil it soon. This site will continue to be used for my blog and art and hopefully some day soon I will put up pictures of my beaded jewelry works. I have so much sitting in a box ready to sell.

A Happy New Years to all (yes I’m a bit late here). I’ve been quite focused on designing my portfolio site and haven’t spent anytime drawing.
